i'm mudra,i like nature,semplicity ,i'm pratictise meditation in the past ,meanse tecnich of meditation,includine vipassana,for also 2 month retreat,i like ordinary life.i'm was the spitual path,can i say like seeker.at moment i not do any tecnich of meditation ,i just try to live my life,and wath happen and fell of that.sometimes i fell good movie sometimes bad movie.some moments i see the movie with me,all movie,o sometimes i'm completely inside the story,example when emotional strong.some moment just wacth and bee part of all.thank's Mudra
