Releasing the belief of me

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Our image of ourselves is a built of picture through belief systems, conditioning environment. But that is a false image, the guiding brings that consciousness to that reality.
What are you looking for at LU?
Realisation that I am not the doer, nor is the other. I.am looking for some aid to see the truth of our existence, to question properly do I exist. What is this I. To bring this into my life . To get a truer reflection of this place that we live
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Guiding. Assistance in asking questions which will challenge existing beliefs that I hold to that imbed me into the belief of this person. To truly question what I am, without blind acceptance of a story that has been fed into me.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Spent three years in india, moving around different satsangs. Finally ending with ramesh balsekar, where I received this above realisation. But without understanding all of my previous patterns fell back into a dualistic world.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
