Help I'd like to become unstuck!

What brings you to Liberation Unleashed?
I'd like to really see whether it is true that the person does not exist. It is a common theme of much Eastern thought and I have studied it for a long time but I seem to be stuck. It would be great if it can be done as easily as it seems to happen in the transcripts, for "me".
What are you looking for? What do you expect from this?
I'd like to really see / know that the person is an illusion or non existent "for myself". I am experiencing a lot of problems with my life, mainly "self caused" ie addiction issues, and my marriage is breaking up. I believe a lot of this behaviour would be easy to stop if I could step through the gate.
What is your background in terms of seeking and inquiry?
Two Goenke Vipassana retreats, Tibetan Buddhism, have read many Buddhist books, a little Advaita / "neo" Advaita.
How ready are you to question your beliefs about who you are and see the truth no matter what?
