This is an open invite to anyone, just answer and we are off.
The usual spiritual warnings apply. This has the possibility to change how you perceive yourself, and that can change everything. I think it's worth it, but it's what you are ready for that will be important here.
If you stop half-way through, the report is that it's miserable. Half-truth itches :-)
