Please help me liberate

Hello Guides,

I have been a seeker for 20 years. I have read many books, attended silent retreats, meditated for 13 years and am still seeking. I feel like all I do is rearrange the furniture in my life. Recently I have started to see through the separate self. However, so much fear is arising that I start to identify with my thoughts. It is very exhausting. Sometimes I can allow the exhasution to be there and other times I resist it because I so desperately want it to be over. I would really like some guidance through this rollercoaster.

Have you read the rules of this community? Are you willig to write everyday and be as honst as you can?
You are writing, that you have been reading many books.
It is really important in this process to answer out of your direct experience
rather than using second hand knowledge which is truely nothing but belief.

But with a lot of meditation experience this will not be a problem for you ...

After all these years of searching, apart from hoping to find an exit out of this rollercoaster,
what do you expect to happen after the gate? Describe how you imagine live will be afterwards.
