LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
existence prior to concepts.

What are you looking for at LU?
Guidance to move from conceptual to experiential, as i understand it all but still get hijacked by mind very often. There is also it seems a fear beerier and avoidance to feeling discomfort. would be grateful for maybe some pointers.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Someone to see things i cant and perhaps show me another angle of looking at things nudging me at right direction. I think i need a help on recognizing non conceptual thoughts such are images that i do have plenty and that are very sticky.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Read few books and watched Youtube videos.
