Truly seeing no-self

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
That there is no personal self, no separate individual residing in a body with doership. That the self is nothing more than labels & thoughts.
What are you looking for at LU?
Like many others, I need to be probed or pointed to truly see this beyond a conceptual level. What’s known is that there’s “THIS” and then there’s the illusion of a personal self that needs to be fully seen through. I find the mind is constantly trying to figure out how to “see-through” itself which makes no sense. I need further help
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Really just some probing & pointing out where I’m overlooking something. I feel that’s the case—that I’m overlooking something. I find the mind is very good at looping in on itself & it tends to overlook the obvious. I want to reach a point of genuinely SEEING there is no self instead of just knowing it conceptually.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
It’s only within the past year that I’ve really committed to inquiring into non-duality. Only recently have I come to realize this “feeling” of existence or “being” is not actually the feeling of being a person, but instead the feeling of BEING. I was under the impression this feeling was bad or needed to be rid of. But I’ve read the Gateless Gatecrashers, I watch Illonia’s videos as well as Terrance Stephen’s.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
