Seeking to see the no-self

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
That there is no real self in the sense of "I', "me"
What are you looking for at LU?
Guidance and pointing in the right direction, confirmation that I am actually seeing it instead of just thinking that I did, I want to make sure the seeing is genuine and not the ego playing mental gymnastics. Also I would like to be part of the community to help others as well.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Just a general pointing, I imagine those who have crossed over know what to look for and the right questions to ask, I am also a little anxious what will happen afterwards, but the main thing for me is to avoid self delusion.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have a decades long fascination with finding the 'real' self, from exploring all kinds of texts from Buddhist, Daoist, Hindu, to fringe new age material.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?
