LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? I understand that it's about realizing that 'I' is an illusion and a though/combination of thoughts rather than an actual separate 'controler'

What are you looking for at LU? To help me see the truth. I want someone who can patiently work with me until I can see the truth and truly integrate it into may daily life. I've read quite a bit about non duality in the past but now it feels like I'm seeking something different than what is already which makes it hard.

What do you expect from a guided conversation? Guidance, good questions, and practices that I can take a way and do every day on my own. Not sure how long it will take but would love for a guide to stay with me until I'm able to truly see the truth.

Hey AndreRB, how are you doing? I'm Jeff, a guide here, saw your post and thought I'd say hello. I do this process rather organically which is kinda the opposite of how it went for me here, but everyone is a bit different. If you like, we can try to get to know each other and see if it's going to work out. Good to see you are an "11".

First thing I like to do is to get a sense of the actual person I'm working with and give the same to put a face on each other. I will DM you and give you my WhatsApp and if you like you can give me yours and I'll send you a little video intro of me. If you are comfortable with who and what I seem to be then you can go ahead and do the same.
