Drifting wood
Re: Drifting wood
hi dear Stacy,
I'm back in Hamburg to stay with the kids and in few days to London
here some sharing about butt chair:
First of all I want to share that the sensation itself is available inevitably and choicelessly, no effort is needed and as much as I look there is no way to split the sensation that keeps flowing, to find a border that divided the subject feeling from the object felt.
So no split possible and so only feeling, an inevitably unstoppable flow of feelings/sensing.
Also I see the constant fabbrication of an image, for example there image of the body and parts of the body and an image of the location and yet image so imagination.
much love

Dear Stacy,
good morning here in Hamburg is 9am and I'm with my kids and in few days to London
here is your last question
like is not a logical understanding but rather how is the experience to see or not see what is believed to be in a certain way?
so I gave attention and it feels relaxing, refreshing like a break after a long activity
to see that each and any sensation, which is available efforlessly and choicelessly, is no possible to split, is not possible to get the crossing line, between the apparently two sides, is like fresh air and also it feels like a relaxing grounding in which it feels no effort of any kind
thanks for this question which I think surprised me, landed somewhere
much love
Pasquale

Re: Drifting wood
Good, Pasquale, and does it feel open & expansive like the truth pointer above?
Whereas calling anything a "self" feels closed, tight & contracted? Like a lie?

I'm keep looking which seem to be the most heatlhy thing to be engaged
much love
Pasquale

Hi Pasquale,
I'm not sure what is not clear.
Do you remember how to tell truth from lie?
Here is the link to where we did that:
viewtopic.php?t=9561&start=15#p391644
When you notice no separation between your butt & the chair that is true. So, it feels

Re: Drifting wood
Dear Stacy,
thanks a lot for answering the way you did,
I'm glade I asked you what are you referring to, because the link you gave me (viewtopic.php?t=9561&start=15#p391644) was so clear and I got the point.
here below I'm copying and pasting something from the link you sent me, you wrote me and that gave me a lot of clarity:
"The story of a separate "self" is a lie. This is the lie you came here to see through. This brings the body Sensation that accompanies lying. Therefore, it is helpful to notice the body Sensation of lying as one of the tools for finding the truth of no self.
this is really important at this moment, or at least it feels it is.
I feel, I am naturally shifting towards feeling, sensing and dropping thinking and be engaged in the narration, so thanks a lot for this.
so back to your previous questions:
Thanks a lot Stacy
I'm keep looking I wanna continue with this
have a great day
Pasquale

Excellent Glad that was clear.
Can you see yet that there's no separate "self?"

Re: Drifting wood
Dear Stacy,
sorry to be out of communication
I'm in London and when I'm here i pack the days with as many meetings as I can
I'll be going back to Hamburg to see my kids on Thursday.
I'm still looking and with the question: what is that should need to happen before a revelation arises of the fact that there is no self?
At the moment the feeling seem to be like I'm assuming logically that because is clear i don't find the self, then it doesn't exist and this is clearly not the point. so I' m keep looking which seem to be the healthy way to proceed.
much love
Pasquale

Looking is the best thing to do
Logic & thinking don't work here.
We're watching for a felt sense of a shift in your perception. It's an experience, not a thought & likely to sneak up on you when you're relaxed.
Loving,

Re: Drifting wood
hi dear Stacy,
sorry for not being in communication, in the way I would love to be, meaning daily and the point being is that I am travelling through this situation of separating from my wife and this needs time, (even though I never stop the inquiry and yet seem to be difficult to be in communication) so if this is fine with you, I would like to ask you to close this conversation here and please let me know, if I have the chance to open up this conversation later or not.
many thanks
with gratitude
Pasquale
