The feeling does come by itself indeed, without a doubt .
I am aware that you like to work with guilt and shame, but
Code: Select all
I don’t experience [quote]“guilt”as a result of an unskilful action of body, speech or mind,“shame”
When I said
I was describing separation from the wholeness of being/existing with everything: the grasping into "self" . Once embodying "myself" the "thought" of shame, -not guilt please-, arises as a result of that unskilful action. And the thought has a"when the idea arises it also arises the separation"
:"first person voice"
."I am"
And, Oh yes! it feels such relief to see that there is no one that has caused anything thus no shame to experience, I see that with joy! the question is:
On seeing it: Will the old protective tendency cease at once, or will it keep coming up in a mechanical way even though there is no one to protect?
Thanks
