Hi Kento

Thank you.
Is there anything unclear that you want to further investigate?
No. It is clear and nothing new needs to be investigated.

Best regards

Hi Jstar. :)

Would you like to try a set of questions that are asked at the end of the
dialogue?

Warmly,

Kento

Hi Jstar. :)

Here you go! Please take your time answering these:

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
Was there ever?

2) Give in your own words what the illusion of separate self is and how it shows up in experience. Also, through your inquiry, what is different now?

3) How does it feel to see this?
What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?

5) a) Describe decision,
intention,
free will,
choice and control.
What makes things happen? How does it work?

Give examples from your own recent experiences to how things happen and how things work.

b) What are you responsible for? Give examples from your own recent experiences to how this works.

6) Anything to add?

HI Kento

I need help. I noticed I am not ready yet, as I read the questions (Q1 and Q4: sense of I and something that pushed me over).

I feel a sense of I or me in the body or as the body. For example, I feel I am doing the exercise and it is good for me. When I have a headache, I feel it is happening to me and I can't do anything about it.

Second, I feel, I did not have any experience that I can say I was pushed over.

Please help me.

thank you very much!

Hi Jstar. :) Thanks for being honest about your present situation. Let's dig into that.

I feel a sense of I or me in the body or as the body.

Please elaborate on that sense; is that a certain bodily sensation?

Warmly,

Kento

Hi Kento

Thanks for your understanding and patient support.
Please elaborate on that sense; is that a certain bodily sensation?
I observe the following:

1. A sense of being 'here', in the head space/face, as an entity thinking thoughts about 'me', judging and comparing the 'other' out there.
2. This sense of 'me' being supported by the image of the body/face (if eyes are closed), the body (eyes open), sensations/heaviness in the torso and the sensations where the body touches a chair/ground. As though I = body is correct.

Thanks and best regards

Thanks!

Now, what about when you don't think about that?

Would you be 100% sure that particular sense have always been there?

Warm regards,

Kento

Hi Kento
Now, what about when you don't think about that?
Certainly there is nothing of concern when I dont think about it. Even the sense of separation seems to be a thought creation.
Would you be 100% sure that particular sense have always been there?
The sense of being or knowing was never not. The sense of being here as an image/sensation/body is not always here. It shifts and changes too.

The sense of being or knowing was never not.
What kind of sense is "the sense of being or knowing"?

Please describe in details, with least concept; just like you don't need much concept
when you talk about such senses as pain or itch.

Warmly,

Kento

Hi Kento
What kind of sense is "the sense of being or knowing"?
This is the experience of hearing, feeling sensations in the body, seeing, tasting, thinking, breathing, walking and so on. These sensations keep changing.

thanks and regards

Hi Jstar. :)

Right in the middle of seeing, before you read this sentence,
was there the "experience of seeing"? Has it been there all the time?

Please don't hurry to conclusion and really dig into this question.

Warm wishes,

Kento

Hi Kento

I did spend time noticing contemplating on your question below. Thank you for guiding me.
Right in the middle of seeing, before you read this sentence,
was there the "experience of seeing"? Has it been there all the time?

Please don't hurry to conclusion and really dig into this question.
Before you asked the question, there was seeing. "Experience of seeing" is not accurate, it is just seeing. It has always been like this - like right now.

Best regards
