No,there is no pawan or identity who interprets.

Is there anyone who decides to not follow thoughts? Is there anyone who needs to not follow thoughts?

There was no pawan or identity that is dissolved...pawan is just a story like other stories.

Is there any me or I or Pawan at all?

No ...no one is there .no pawan ...

No there is no Person experienced.its just a story without any meaning.

before joining LU i identify myself aaya body but now i realiesed that body is just a Mechanismen for thoughts,emotions and memory to play there Role.

What is not happening on automatic?

everything thing is happning automatic,there is no doer.

Thanks for your replies. Is there any difference in how you feel about it? What has changed? What has not? - over the past few weeks.

In your experience how are ordinary, day to day activities happening? Give some description of these things, maybe walking, eating. What do you see there? What do you actually see when you look for a controller? How does it feel to see this?

Is anything else you want to look into? Are there any doubts?

Give some time to look into these questions. Is there any doubts, dissatisfaction? Any other feelings?

I was observing myself from past two days.
.

Is there any difference in how you feel about it?

I am the Same pawan as before, fore sure doubts are there whenever i identify myself with my body wirkt or things around me.but i can see how things are just happning without and with I.

What has changed?

Biggest change is this that the word I does not exist.that was the root hause of all problems.

What has not?

Being into this physical world sometimes i starts chasing thoughts and start making all that Puzzles again.

In your experience how are ordinary, day to day activities happening? Give some description of these things, maybe walking, eating. What do you see there? What do you actually see when you look for a controller? How does it feel to see this?

Before i find myself into a traffic and now i do watch Same traffic from my window...i am doing all activities but not like before as things are just happning. I do watch my thoughts i am not getting Proper words but i am not the Same may bit careless for life now.
I wanna know more ..its a positiv change.but sometimes i start identify myself with my body then again that Same thought patrons.

Yes, the thoughts come and go as before. So do sensations, feelings, colors, sounds, smells and tastes.

Could you write what is happening, moment by moment when you start identifying with body, how it feels like, the thoughts, what are they about, what happens to senses like seeing and hearing. What thought patterns appear. Write them down as an exercise. And when identification is not happening, what it feels like and what thoughts, what happens to seeing hearing etc. What difference is there between the identification and not identification?

Look at body experience, how is experience directly. Sit quietly, close eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Notice the hearing, smelling, tasting, touching. With only the input from those four senses, and without relying on thoughts or mental images:
Can it be known how tall body is?
Does body have a weight or a volume?
Is there a boundary between body and the clothes?
Is there a boundary between body and chair?
In actual experience does body have shape?
Is there an inside or outside?
What is body in this actual experience?
Is there a sense of me in body?

You may have done this body exercise before. Try it again.

Take your time with it.

Lets say usually i need to remember every time that i am not pawan (body)or mind.. but sometimes i start living as pawan. Doing all the activities as or what i was doing before at home or at work.
I start chasing my dreams like to marry or buy home ....so on but if i remember that i am not a body then all the dreams looks like useless.
Same thing happens with my senses they strt working automatic.

No its not known how tall body is.

Body have no weight ...(volume).

Is there a boundary between body and the clothes?

There is no boundary between body and clothes.

In actual experience does body have shape?

I see body as how i looks like in mirror.

Is there an inside or outside?

There is world outside and inside is inner voice.

What is body in this actual experience?

Body is a shape how i looks like in mirror.

Is there a sense of me in body?

Sense is there only when i think that i am this body..

I am trying to see every situation carefully .question is what or who is origin of my thoughts. Who is making decison any why .its not me for sure .

Is that shape body? How do you know there is a body in a world

Its a belief....i can touch it in present time

What is this inner voice? What is it showing? What is behind it?

Innervoice is a voice from within that Appears before every situation and decison making.

There is nothing outside this experience.moreocer its just a thought. If i think about origin of my thoughts it means i am making Puzzles. As thoughts are just a thought without any meaning...its pawan in this story who is giving meaning to them..

What is giving meaning to the thought?

This body is a machine for thoughts and emotions and that body carries a name ..

Please look at the direct experience. What do you find when you look for this body, make a list, at least five sentences? Is there anything there producing thought and emotions? What is the experience of body? Is the body experienced or is it experiencing?
