Hello Warissem,
Thank you for the early post. Fantastic timing!
There is a great clarity about thoughts. I don’t choose what to think. Thoughts keep arising about different things.Thinking is happening. It is like radio is keep switching to different stations every few seconds.
So For lunch I made two different chapaties. One stuffed with cauliflower and the other stuffed with potatoes. I sat down to see which one I would eat first. I wasn’t sure. There was seeing, There was smelling and there was touching. There was familiar smell in both of them but still couldn’t decide which one to have it first. There was no choice point where I could have gone.
Eventually I went to the one which was nearer to my left hand as I do most things with my left hand.
As I started eating I felt the need to have pickle with it. So there was a choice again. Do I have a mango pickle or lemon pickle. This time it was easy to make a choice because I was talking my sister day before yesterday and she said she had made lime pickle and it’s really nice. That information was still fresh. Thought came about the lime and choice was made like that.
Last experiment was with tea and coffee. I made a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. I sat down to see which one I am going to choose. Both tea and coffee looked similar. When I smelt them there was a thought that a Coffee is going to taste nice because of its strong aroma. Again I noticed that tea was nearer to my left hand so tea was chosen.Next I had a sip of coffee. I didn't enjoy it. So I end up having tea even though thoughts were pointed towards coffee.
Thank you for this exercise

Most of us think that they do chose objects, what to think or what to do. I want to clarify this topics with you.

Very interesting experiment!“Take two objects, a cup of tea and a cup of coffee (or whatever), then sit and see if you can find the choice-point where you could go either way. Describe how choosing happens.”

I don't choose what to do. It just happens. There is no doer doing it.Do you chose what to do ? Is there a doer ?
I don't choose thoughts. They just arise. No there is no thinkerDo you chose thoughts ? is there a thinker ?
There is no decision maker when the choice is made.Is there a decision maker when a choice is made ?
