Dear Vivien, I will be busy for an extended period of time and wish to take a break from the conversation. I want to let you know it and free up your time so that you will be able to help others who are waiting for guidance.

We are almost done with this conversation. I am going to get other guides to have a look at the thread to ensure that I have covered everything and that my pointing has been clear. This may take a few days. Sometimes, not always, the other guides may have further questions which I will bring to you.

Guides might or might not have further questions, but even if they do, usually just a few clarifications. After that our conversation is over, and this thread will be moved to the ‘Archive’ section of the forum. Your name will be turned blue, indicating that seeing through the self has happened. You will be able to access other parts of the forum, and also you will be invited to the LU FB group.

Later someday if and when I have questions, it would be nice if I can contact you.

Keep an eye out for an email notification notifying you of a PM (private message) from the forum inviting you to join our aftercare groups on Facebook. If you don't receive an email notification, you can access your PM's from the forum once you have logged in. The PM also details other resources available to you. Your username will change from green to blue which indicates that you have had the realisation of there being no separate self.

Dear Vivien,
As always, thanking you with immense gratitude for your compassionate guidance without which there wouldn't be any seeing but intellectualization. 
I continue to do the looking without relying on thoughts as you showed. It is the only way to not get deceived by thought contents as usual. 
I don't have a FB account any more. I closed the one I had some time ago.  As you gave me permission, I will contact you through LU if and when I have questions and need guidance.
