Hi Chris,
Please do the exercise again, but this time focus on these questions:
Can you see the difference between the two?
Are thoughts living entities who have power to make decisions?
Is this ‘movement’ an entity who could perform an action?

Please do the exercise again, but this time focus on these questions:
Are you sure that thoughts themselves are considering the options, OR just thoughts appear ABOUT options? The thoughts themselves consider the options.
The thoughts just appear, and kinda battle each other, or reason with each other.
Can you see the difference between the two?
You are talking about thoughts as if they were real entities, battling with each other? Is this so?So basically it (the thought) compares itself to another thought and kinda 'weighs itself up' against the other thought. As if it were finding what is the balance.
Please look again. No, it was like the thought itself 'made the decision'.
Are thoughts living entities who have power to make decisions?
Movement? Movement performed the action? From observation, it was movement that performed the action of putting the chocolate back in the drawer.
Is this ‘movement’ an entity who could perform an action?
