Hi Jon
Just reading the last text,it was seen how rephrasing can be done sometimes to eliminate the "I" and "my" words.
E.g. As most of "my" friends have no idea of who they are etc.
so could have written
as most of the friends I have, have no idea of who they are etc.
Also wrote "I have been living as a separate entity and talking as this etc.
so corrected
"Living as a believed in separate self, and talking as a separate entity for 73 years, is not so easy, in the moment, to express this truth. When centred in the stillness all is seen, but when life is busy, stillness is not always seen.
An awareness was seen that the above could be expressed differently.
Just seen your reply while writing this text, and read the words non dual speaking and dualistic speaking, which I have never heard before, but connected with very easily.
Of course, Jon, a break in our conversation for a few days is perfect while attending ILona's Satsang. Thank you.
Love
Diane
