Just jumping in & out of the illusion. Is that normal & how it is in the beginning?

It's the "I got it" / "I lost it" transition that can make it seem you're swinging between certainty and doubt, I guess. And yes, it is normal and it happens to many persons.

I need to understand if you have doubts about being a separate self, Robert or if what is happening to you is something that can be dealt with in LU Aftercare or other resources. So, do you have doubts about the existence of a separate self? Do you think you can find a self somewhere that hasn't shown itself in your experience yet? Is it clear when you look that there isn't a separate self in reality?

There's no separate self in reality that's for sure. Thank you I feel better now having shared that.
