Hi ... again... a few minutes later....
Feel like exploring Q3
And, the second part of the question ...
Again... the noticing (the difference) usually happens during exchanges with other people... It is as if all of the sudden there is nothing to defend... when this feeling is present, the mutual exploration of things becomes far more easier. There is also lightness... even a kind of humility that is difficult to explain because it is more like a different way of being present with an experience ... There is more openness and expansiveness... there is a feeling of releasing ... before there was a felt sense of holding on to something -without actually holding nothing... it is just a feeling in the hands... as if a grip has been released... a kind of emptiness... a weird kind of emptiness (not in a psychological depressive way)... as if something has gone -not quite knowing what is it...
looking forward to your observations

ps. Tomorrow I'll be going on to a weekend meditation retreat... may not be able to post until Monday... although will try to do it from my phone ... If there is a reply tomorrow morning, I'll reply before going off -it is nearly midnight over here and it is sticky hot.

Addressing the first part of the question, the first answer that comes to mind is liberating. It feels liberating as if a heavy weight has been lifted from the shoulders, as it were.3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue?
Please report from the past few days.
