Before I forget after the meeting, just wanted to mention how much it resonated with me when you talked about inauthenticity being painful. You didn't use the word "discomfortable", but painful. This is my experience. For me it's also trying to know or not being in Now that is "painful". Holding onto any certainty about anything is "painful". Lack of deep authenticity when interacting (honesty is better word) and lack of gentle care/awareness for others is "painful".

This week seems to be quite a busy week here, but Sunday looks like a good day for a Zoom meeting. I am available from 3pm to about 6pm CET.

We can do a 40 min Zoom, as that is the limit for free Zoom.
