Hi Miko
Are you 100 % certain that there is no you, no separate self in any shape or form ?
Is there something missing ?
Are there any doubt to be discussed here ?
Best wishes

Hi Warissem
I mean, there is still old thoughts and habits going on. Like labeling thing and even believing the thoughts/illusions that’s arising. But it’s seen that it’s just thoughts and there is an instant «letting go» without any attachment. And even if it’s an attachment happening, it’s just seen and felt that that’s just what happening - to no one.
Everything feels that same, but not the same. It’s everything happening, but to no one.
It’s not 100%, but there is definitely an apparent deepening happening in the story of Miko. There was even an apparent drop happening to a friend when talking with him about it.
It doesn’t feel like anything is missing or any doubts. This is just what’s happening - to no one.
Best regards
Miko

Re: No Title
Good evening
Seeing through the illusion does not mean that the "me" will fall at once. It is a beginning of the road not the end. You will have opportunities to deepen this seeing. Now, there are questions for you. Take your time to look at each of them and give elaborate answers.
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
Was there ever?
2) Give in your own words what the illusion of separate self is and how it shows up in experience. Also, through your inquiry, what is different now?
3) How does it feel to see this?
What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?
5) a) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work?
Give examples from your own recent experiences to how things happen and how things work.
b) What are you responsible for? Give examples from your own recent experiences to how this works.
6) Anything to add?
Best wishes

Re: No Title
Hi Warissem
The difference now is that since there is no me, there are seemingly happenings, but nothing happens. In the body, there are happenings such as seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling and hearing. There are conversations happening with words, but there are no meaning. It's empty, because everything is already emptiness. There is no more seeking, need for something to feel peaceful, no more need for knowledge, no judgements as everything seems to be unconditional peace/love. There is no more hope or believe in a life purpose or other stories such as "serving this planet in this lifetime". This is just what is, more simplicity and direct. No knowing, but knowing. "This" is completely "organic" and it's nothing special. It's freedom and unconditional love - but for no one. Just freedom and unconditional love seemingly happening.

No there is no "me" and there has never been. This is completely "organic".1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
Was there ever?
The separate self seems to just be an illusion/beliefe/something taught in the story of "Miko". When "me" shows up in experience, there seems to be a belief that it is a person who experience. Taking things personally. Judging. Seeking. Hoping. Needing. Believing. Knowing.2) Give in your own words what the illusion of separate self is and how it shows up in experience. Also, through your inquiry, what is different now?

Energetic sense of emptiness or nothing. Words are just labels and means nothing, but it's all happening. Every emotions "together" with emptiness. How does it feel to see this?
The seeking energy and all that had already disappeared when I started this dialogue. But what seems to have happened is a combination of speaking with "non dual people", going through this dialogue with you and at the same time speak to people with "me", ma have caused a sort of deepening in the seeing. What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
Speaking with a friend about "this" which made him see too.4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?
There is no choice, control, free will or intentions. It's just what's happening. There is no me who can control. Thought may appear with ideas. But ideas and thoughts are just happening - to no one.5) a) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work?

I mean that beyond the illusion of me, it’s seemingly a completely natural «living». There is no sense of me, so «organic» is a labeled description of peace and unconditional love. What do you mean by organic ? Are you a body ?
There is no me to be scared of the past (which seems to also be an illusion). There seems to be nothing, emptyness, aliveness and fullness. What have you seen exactly ?

Hi Miko
Here are questions from a guide :
You said previously that you are not 100% sure that a separate self is an illusion : what do you expect to happen to be 100%
certain ?
Regarding the question n°5, give examples from your experience to each element we discussed :decision, intention, choice, control, responsibility
Best wishes

Re: No Title
Hi Warissem
There is no one who can have intentions, as there is no me. All of intentions seems to be gone and all there is seems to be love and peace. In the story it seems to be showing as «selvlessness» if it should be labeled.
There is no one who can make a choice or control. No one chooses and no one controls. There is just what’s appearing to happen. There seems to be a peace and calmness to whatever happens, as there is no one who can make a choice. It’s seen that it was an illusion/beliefe.
There is no one to have responsibility. In the story it seems to be a character who is responsible in what is labeled as moral and honesty. But no one is. That’s just what’s seemingly appearing. «Responsibility» is just what’s arising.
Best regards
Miko
Last time it wasn’t seen clearly. Now it seems to be seen clearly. It’s like an energy that is gone and the seeing that there is no self anymore. You said previously that you are not 100% sure that a separate self is an illusion : what do you expect to happen to be 100%
certain ?
There is no one who can make decisions, so in the story of Miko it actually seems to be more «difficult» to make decisions as there is no me. It’s like it doesn’t matter, cause it just is.Regarding the question n°5, give examples from your experience to each element we discussed :decision, intention, choice, control, responsibility

Hi Miko
I wish you are going well, another question from a guide :
what changed between the first answer (when you are not 100% sure) and the last answer (when you are 100% sure)?
What do you do to see that there is no self? Can you describe what you do, like if you are explaining how to do it, to someone that never heard about seeing?"
Thanks
Warissem

Re: No Title
Dear Warissem
I am well thanks, hoping the same there.
These «words» are not for the «me». The me can’t understand this, but it seems that a resonance to
the concept of «enlightenment» may happen when there’s an openness. This is all beyond understanding - this is just energetic.
There is seemingly a body, but there is no «me». So it’s like there is no person, just a body and energy.
There is apparently character traits happening, but there is no one who has a character. It’s felt and seen that there is no «controller» or person doing anything. It’s just what’s appearing to happen.
There’s emotions happening, but no one it happens to.
It’s seen and felt that emotions are just appearing and that it’s just energy. It’s not felt as something personal anymore and there is no resistance to it. Emotions are just what’s appearing to happen in the body.
There are seemingly relationships happening, but no one to have a personal relationship with. It’ felt and seen that there is no one to be attached to anymore. This type of energy is gone.
It may appear a seeing that «this» is just peace, freedom and unconditional love, but no one who can see or feel it.
It’s like what’s just happening without any attachment or feeling special as there is noe person who can feel special anymore.
Enlightenment is nothing personal. Enlightenment is just a concept/an idea that the «me» tries to understand and/or look for - which is nothing special.
Enlightenment is just what already is. All and nothing. Peace and aliveness. Energy in an apparent life apparently showing as an apparent story, but it’s all just emptyness - and fullness.
Nothing happens to anyone for no reason.
Best regards
Miko

I never said I am 100% sure. And maybe I never will be. But there is definitely a clearer seeing of that it is no self. And the energy of needing to know is gone, so it’s like it doesn’t matter. It’s just what is.What changed between the first answer (when you are not 100% sure) and the last answer (when you are 100% sure)?
This is how I explain «this»:What do you do to see that there is no self? Can you describe what you do, like if you are explaining how to do it, to someone that never heard about seeing

What’s happening here is that the energy of «me» is gone. So it’s seen or «a knowing» that there is relationships happening, but no one has personal relationships as there is no self. There was a crying the other day when that seemed to be «realized».You said :"there is definitely a clearer seeing of that it is no self"

Hi Miko
You have not answered to the 3 posed questions. Select each question with the quote function :answer to each question separately.
There is a need to convince guides that you have seen really through the illusion.
A subsidiary question : what is your mother tongue ? Is it english ?
Thank you
Warissem
