Thank you for the questions. Looking at this Jon and there is feeling, thinking, writing, seeing, sensing, moving, thinking - all expressions of the whole. Just like bird singing, tree waving in the wind, another walking. So there is no separation here. Perhaps when an emotion arises and there is acknowledgement of the feeling ('I see you fear'), it can sound like a seer seeing it - as if it is something outside. But here it feels like acknowledging the sensing, the feeling as part of the whole/not excluded from. The acknowledging is also part of the whole. All is included.And is there a 'seer' of this that watches somehow, but not of it? Somehow subtly separate?
Is there, any separateness between all this and the noticing of it?
