Dear Jon
And is there a 'seer' of this that watches somehow, but not of it? Somehow subtly separate?

Is there, any separateness between all this and the noticing of it?
Thank you for the questions. Looking at this Jon and there is feeling, thinking, writing, seeing, sensing, moving, thinking - all expressions of the whole. Just like bird singing, tree waving in the wind, another walking. So there is no separation here. Perhaps when an emotion arises and there is acknowledgement of the feeling ('I see you fear'), it can sound like a seer seeing it - as if it is something outside. But here it feels like acknowledging the sensing, the feeling as part of the whole/not excluded from. The acknowledging is also part of the whole. All is included.

Thank you for this probing Jon.

With love
Sulochani.

Hi Sulochani,

Well! By now you have noticed that your thread is in the Archive section.

Thank you for investigating so openly and it was a great pleasure to assist you on this journey. But if course you did the important work.

Our conversation here is at an end unless there is anything more that you woukd like to explore? Although this is an end of sorts in fact it is a beginning and many further insights can follow.

Please look out for a private message PM that will appear in your LU inbox. Find this via the little white envelope icon further up this screen.

Once again thank you. It was very nice to walk this journey with you.

If you find that there's an interest in guiding let me know and I can tell you about how you might do that?

Love

Jon

Dear Jon
Waoh, I've just noticed that it's just a month since what to call it!

Thank you for asking the question 'How are things going for you since the gate?' as it has given me the opportunity to evaluate. This is what I see.

I’m feeling free from the notion that my life should be in any way different from what it is. Life is perfect as it is now so there is a let go of any comparison with others' lives. And a let go that there is an I that should be striving for something else than what is in life. Life is perfect in each of us exactly as it is.

Greater trust in all that is happening. No need to put energy into what is to be done, it will just happen in the moment when it needs to, so much less thought about the future.

Seeing that all aspects of life must be lived so great compassion and lack of judgement for others, even though that may go against preconceived conditioned ideas of right and wrong. Even Trump is just living life – this aspect of life that is living through him has to be lived, just like all other energies.

Still occasional identification with the I and judgement of self when a button is pressed but a greater awareness that this will pass and acceptance and love are the keys.

Less clinging to situations or people. Life is continually moving, changing…

Nice coincidences of life - expect the unexpected and mini-miracles. When there is surrender, there’s lots of fun in the ride.

Also very nice to enjoy watching others and this body/mind and how life shines through us all in different ways. Everyone and thing has its own unique beauty, even though we are from the same source.

It isn’t something I’ve shared with anyone other than friends who have also been through the gate. It feels like something just to nourish at the moment.

All the things I ever read or heard about this state seem so simple now in the experience of it.

Sensuality has heightened – lovely tingley feelings to the toes; feelings of expansion that go deep and seem to ripple out, easy to drop into peace and relaxation. There appears to be an ability to allow certain energies. So when in the meeting, Ilona mentioned for example ‘strength’ or ‘joy’, there was an immediate connection with these energies through the body/in the energy field.

And healing of energy blockages felt physically. In the gathering online, there was a pain in the knee which melted into the expansiveness, as Ilona worked with someone else on a blockage. Her expression of what happens is so clear and helpful.

Not interested in maintaining doing things I don’t want to do or that seem like too much effort. So a natural simplifying of different areas of life. Not caring how things should be. Feeling lots of energy and presence in life.

I'd love to hear any insights, advice or tips if anything comes up as you read.
Many thanks Jon.

With love
Claire

Goodness Claire!

How wonderful! No.. I do not have any insights to share beyond the perfection you express.

For me it is so interesting to hear you express these things almost exactly as they appeared shortly after I had gone through the gate.

Since then, around six years ago, the initial amazement subsided to some extent after perhaps, six months. To begin with various depressive thoughts simply shut up and vanished but, possibly as confidence deepens, it has been possible to look at every aspect of life, even the 'darker' aspects, which would never have been possible in the past, as fear
would simply have prevented the seeing.

I was so aware of how many times that, in the meeting, Ilona reminded us that everything is allowed. There is nothing so awful that it cannot even be allowed to be seen or acknowledged.

Wasn't that meeting amazing? I learn so much about guiding just listening and witnessing the way that Ilona speaks to people. And I've attended a few of her meetings. Whatever she might say to protest the idea, she facilitates a rather deep and beautiful peace to the whole group.

I love guiding. It's not always easy but there is usually a way to help people if the intention is there. I just follow my heart and try to feel what it's like to be the one guided and the questions arrive from nowhere 😊

I notice one of your names is Sulochani. That sounds as though it might be Buddhist. Is it? Also I noticed that you have something to do with a Tantric group of some sort? That is interesting.

I had given up on meditation years ago but in the last wo years I started to do some internal energy cultivation work which is Tantric. I had not expected to do this and it has been very challenging and rewarding. But like no meditation I ever did before.

So nice to hear from you and be able to know how you are getting on and that you are so well.

With love

Jon

Dear Jon
So nice to hear from you.

The meeting was wonderful. I feel very grateful for this ongoing support and to know that when emotions and thoughts arise that it is normal, and it does not mean that 'I have lost something' or that it wasn't real. This really helps to stay sensitive to the moment and see how things come and go. Ilona's presence is really beautiful, down to earth and healing.

It's interesting to hear you talk about the 'darker' parts of life. An experience came a day after I received your email. An energy of hate came like a cloud over me, when I walked into a room and got a shock to hear a certain person's voice. The initial reaction was shame and a desire to suppress but after allowing it, and raving a little bit to my husband who held the space beautifully :), the energy passed very quickly. I was aware that it was nothing to do with the other but just an energy that rose and left. Although the first impulse is to suppress, when it is seen as an energy just like any other, it seems to pass through more quickly. So it was pleasant to be laughing about the experience after 30 minutes! I was curious if this is what you describe as a 'darker' part of life? (By the way if this is not something you feel to answer, that is fine)

Sulochani was a name given to me by a teacher of mine a few years ago. She was a very special and beautiful artist and I had the pleasure of knowing her for only a short time. It is an OSHO sanyas name. I got into OSHO meditations a few years ago and they helped me a lot.

The tantric meditation you are practising sounds very interesting. I help out at a tantric retreat which I love. The facilitators are friends that I met a few years ago and create a wonderful bubble of love in their work. What I enjoy about it is the being open to whatever energy comes and allowing it to express. I find that I love to support others and hold the space for them too. So it's an ongoing practise for me in accepting what is. It can be very deep as well as very playful.

I've been thinking about guiding. So I'm reading the material from the group and I've started reading archived discussions too.

So nice to connect with you.

With love
Claire

Thank you Jon.

Hello again Claire,

Thanks for writing again. Yes. I agree it's very nice to connect. Sometimes the LU Facebook pages can be very quiet.

It's nice to learn a bit more about your name, your experience with OSHO and Tantra.
. I was curious if this is what you describe as a 'darker' part of life? (By the way if this is not something you feel to answer, that is fine)
Yes, really. That kind of thing. I put "darker" in quotation marks, so it's nothing concrete. But what, I was saying was that before the Gate, for whatever reason, various beliefs stood and perhaps it was not possible to relax enough to even be conscious of the possible strength or energy of various feelings. It's interesting to see some of those appear now.

It's great that you feel like guiding and reading up about it is a good starting place. Let me know if I can be of any assistance?

:-)

Best wishes

Jon

I love how you put this. Thank you.

And I would love your assistance with guiding as I learn more about it. For now, it seems valuable even just reading the archives. If anything comes up, it would be great to be able to ask you about it. So thank you for the offer.

With love

Claire :)
