When you look do you see aliveness AND forms? Or is it ALL ‘aliveness’ ‘Life’ simply unfolding as it unfolds?

Obviously I can experince colours etc but there is no separation. There is ONLY aliveness unfolding. Hopefully this makes sense.

Just to clarify "I can experience colours" was a poor choice or words. "colours are experienced" is clearer.
