Hi Alonso,

Thank you for that. I will put forward your answers so that incase other guides can see if there is any questions left to be asked. It may take a few days as they are busy, so check back to this thread each day. I will post as soon as I hear anything.

As mentioned, it has been a pleasure. Thank you.

Hi Alonso,

A few questions have come back for clarification. :-)

d
#1 "Thinking, that there is someone inside you, the I, that controls your world, the ME, that appears its permanent, but when you see, then you realize that the I has always been in an invention, in our pure state we just do what any other being does"
#2 "When I start creating stories and believing them, I stop, and remember that those thoughts not only are involuntary but they are not real, it´s the I that gives them the label, that is helping me, because I could go over a thought or a future scenario over and in the end, they are just stories, with this process, I stop for a second, and think “That you are thinking is just an illusion” "
#3 "I´m chewing right now, and I have no control of the movements of my jaw it´s just happening with my thoughts telling how it should move."
#4 "My thoughts are involuntary, one after the other, without me being in control."
What is this 'you' that can have someone inside?
What is this 'me' that can see or realize?
What is that can have a pure state? What is a pure state?
What is this 'I' that start creating stories and then believing them?
Where is it?
What is the 'me' that can be helped by thoughts or labels?
Can 'you' stop and think?
Can the 'I' chew?
Where is the 'me' that have a jaw?
Do 'you' have thoughts?
Are 'you' thinking or 'you' are a thought that being thought?
What is the body in direct experience?
What are 'others' in direct experience?

Is there an inside or outside?

Hi again Alonso,

Just to clarify, could describe your 'experience' of seeing, rather than your 'understanding' of seeing?

Thanks,

d

Hi D,

Sorry for the delay.

Haven’t rode into the no self sunset yet!

Hope all is good with you.

Here are my answers:
What is this 'you' that can have someone inside?
There is no ‘you’ just a concept that there is one.
What is this 'me' that can see or realize?
It’s an idea, to which we attribute decision making.
What is that can have a pure state? What is a pure state?
Not sure.
What is this 'I' that start creating stories and then believing them?
An idea, the illusion, that there is someone inside my brain, my mind, my being, that is in control.
Where is it?
Nowhere to be found.
What is the 'me' that can be helped by thoughts or labels
?
Not clear.
Can 'you' stop and think?
No, thinking is automatic, I have no control on the next thought.
Can the 'I' chew?
No, the ‘I’ think it does, but its automatic.
Where is the 'me' that have a jaw?
The ‘me’ doesn’t have a jaw, same as the I, it think it does.
Do 'you' have thoughts?
No, thoughts are happening.
Are 'you' thinking or 'you' are a thought that being thought?
I am a thought.
What is the body in direct experience?
Whatever I can perceive with my senses.
What are 'others' in direct experience?
Sensory being that I can observe, touch, smell.
Is there an inside or outside?
No, it’s all the same, the I is the one that divides.

Thank you!!

Alonso.

Hi Alonso,

All is well with me, thanks.

It may be a language thing, but I want to check that you have not developed a new belief (that there is not separate 'I') as opposed to seeing within experience that there is no separate 'I'.

If it would help to answer the questions in your mother tongue then I can always get it checked by another guide.

Otherwise let's clarify some more.
What is that can have a pure state? What is a pure state?
Not sure.
Is there a pure state that exists either in or outside of experience?
Can the 'I' chew?
No, the ‘I’ think it does, but its automatic.
Is there anything that's can think it does? Be very precise here
Can 'you' stop and think?
No, thinking is automatic, I have no control on the next thought.
Is there anything that is helpless as thoughts happen to it?
What is the body in direct experience?
Whatever I can perceive with my senses
.
Give me examples here. What 'I' can perceive? What is the body?
What are 'others' in direct experience?
Sensory being that I can observe, touch, smell.
How can 'I' observe? Give some examples please

Thanks,

d

Good Morning D,
Is there a pure state that exists either in or outside of experience?
I don´t know what are we referring when we speak about ´puré state´
Can the 'I' chew?
No, the ‘I’ think it does, but its automatic.
Is there anything that's can think it does? Be very precise here
No, there is not an I, a controller, observer, or anyone in charge.
Can 'you' stop and think?
No, thinking is automatic, I have no control on the next thought.
Is there anything that is helpless as thoughts happen to it?
No, because nobody is behind.
What is the body in direct experience?
Whatever I can perceive with my senses
.
Give me examples here. What 'I' can perceive? What is the body?
The “I” can´t perceive. The body is a label provided by the non existent “I”
What are 'others' in direct experience?
Sensory being that I can observe, touch, smell.
How can 'I' observe? Give some examples please
The “I” does not observe, and there are no “others” cause the separation is done by the “I” that isn’t there.

Thanks,

Alonso.

Hi Alonso,

Okay, good stuff.

Let's go further.
The body is a label provided by the non existent “I”
What is the non existent 'I"?
The “I” does not observe, and there are no “others” cause the separation is done by the “I” that isn’t there.
Is there 'the "I" that isn't there' that is causing the separation? How?

Thanks,

d

Hi D,
What is the non existent 'I"?
Actually is not provided by the I, we know that I doesn´t exist. It´s the brain that labels de body.
The “I” does not observe, and there are no “others” cause the separation is done by the “I” that isn’t there.
This sounded like a riddle.
Is there 'the "I" that isn't there' that is causing the separation? How?
I´m stuck here. I think, the separation is made by conditioned thoughts.

Thanks,

Hi Alonso,

Thank you for your patience. I had a couple of days away biking with some friends. I hoped to get back to you yesterday but I was so tired when I got home I just fell into bed.

Some interesting stuff is coming up here and I'd like to look at it.
What is the non existent 'I"?
Actually is not provided by the I, we know that I doesn´t exist. It´s the brain that labels de body.
This answer is completely intellectual and not from DE. We can 'know' that the 'I' doesn't exist but that wont help us SEE it. This 'knowing' can just be another belief which has replaced the belief that there is a separate I.
You need to stop thinking the answers and answer from DE, all the time.
It´s the brain that labels de body
Has your friend the 'brain' come back again? ;-) Had you seen through this?

There is a stream of thoughts and sensations, but no "I" you can point to. A thought could come up in this stream, and then a thought may follow and claim that I-thought it, but that I-thought would just be another thought in the thought-sensation stream.
What comes up when you read this?

What is the 'brain'?
Is there 'the "I" that isn't there' that is causing the separation? How?
I´m stuck here. I think, the separation is made by conditioned thoughts.
Can thoughts make anything?

Look at the mind as an automatic labeling machine, a narrator without an on-off switch. Look around you now. Notice how thoughts spring up and label objects, tell a story about things, how they got there, without your having any control over them. Thoughts are just that - labels that point to things, senses or ideas.

Tell me how you get on

As ever thanks a lot for your good work Alonso,

d

Morning, from here.

Just read your your post.

Need to chew on it.
You need to stop thinking the answers and answer from DE, all the time.
How, can I stop thinking, and surrender to DE?

I don´t know what to think, its clear to me, that the I is a story, a creation, but I don´t feel a liberated feeling, I know that somewhere I´m stuck, and maybe havent had my eureka moment, this is a labrynth, sometimes I feel I understand everything, and then I don´t, questioning my toughts, my actions, why did I do this right now, then regret the decisión and think about the other one, when decisions as we have said, como seconds before I ME decide, so if everything is automatic, I have no responsability of anything I do, or happens?
