That there is a brain is an assumption. There SEEM to a brain (an a stomach) as an appearance in life. How is 'brain' experienced in Direct Experience?

Yes, this is what it looks like. But there are no two places. There are only This that is.

This 'sometimes' seems to be 'I' thought perception and 'other times' it is 'awareness'. That is an illusion! Can you see that the shifting from one place to another implies separation into two?

This is always as it is. No matter how it appears.

The only thing available to find out what is is direct experience.
Have you noticed that when you answer from direct experience there are no doubts and no explanations. All there is is the experience.

Confusion, doubts, need for explanations, wanting to explain comes to life be thoughts.

and then THAT is what is - this instant.

There is nothing existing out of this instant - you can not direct experience 'outside of this instant'.

none becaseu it is all happening and nothing is left out, aversions , attractions and stomachs digesting it all shows up, occurs, plays out in the infinate moment.Even the past and future fantasys are not separate.

Yes Gracie I and its thoughts and every-apparent-thing else is 'inseparable awareness'.

Do you feel that you have seen through the illusion of 'I'? you asked...

the answer is yes , and I am finding that my word "sometimes" was incorrect.. yes I have and am seeing this illusion AND am seeing it more and more of the time.
However,there are many moments where I forget it or I am in doubt.
I am able to get back to the place of seeing fairly soon after these times.

When/if there is a moment of doubt, what does this doubt look like in DE, when you allow the doubt to simply be and look?
