Evening Cam,

As you asked I am reading through these threads BUT it is taking much longer than I expected. Hours in fact!

I haven't got through them all yet but when I do I will write an email response to your last post.

Thanks for sticking with me. Feels a bit full circle x

Hi Cam,

WOW! Reading back over those posts I realise what a journey I've been on.

It's always been there but I can now say, without doubt, there is no real 'I' in any shape or form.

Hey Leah...

Regarding my message on how one applies awakening in every day life...They don't.

Meaning that one must let go of all expectations of liberation and accept life as it is...living life completely, transparently and truthfully as it is...You need to let go of the "illusion of control" and ask yourself (Mentally or in prayer) asking for whatever it is that will bring us to a full awakening, no matter whether it turns out to be wonderful or terrible. It is an impulse that puts no conditions on what we must go through in our journey.

You will find once through the gate of realization, that your awakening will ebb and flow like the tides of the ocean...
Life is perfectly imperfect...Naturally.

This quote should be taken with some flexability..."Ego is obstruction...Surrender is flow" keep this in mind as life throws it's challenges your way. Sometimes the universe pushes in way's we don't understand until we look back and recall how in fact it unfolded...

You may even find surprisingly that you will experience more awakings at different levels throughout the rest of your life time; But like I said before, once it's seen and realized it can never be unseen.

Okay Sorry Leah...

We're planning a surprise wedding for our youngest daughter, scheduled for 12/21 and things have been a little crazy between that and watching the two little ones....Thank you for your patients.

Okay..So take your time and please answer the following questions and feel free to elaborate as much as possible in each response.

1) How sure are you that you see this? How do you know?

2) What is the (fictional) self? What are it's functions?

3) How does the apparent ' I ' function ?

4) What exactly was it that broke you out? What phrase, what pointer?

And 5) How would you explain this to someone who hasn't seen it?

No problem Cam.

Surprise wedding sounds interesting. Never heard of one being a surprise before! Brilliant.

I'm gonna have a bit of time without the kids tomorrow so I am going to write this then when I have time to myself. That way I get to write without distraction and can give it the time it needs.

Until then,

Hi Cam,

Each time I go to write this something stops me. I am not sure why I am having problems or what is stopping me but something is.

I feel frustrated. Tonight I have the time but the words don't seem to flow.

There is so much desire to continue, and commitment, and so much truth and power in what I have seen. But the answers to those questions are not rushing forth, and, for some reason it feels like the answers should come easily. Then doubt sets in.

????????????????????????????

Lx

PS Now that's a surprise!

PS I know that doubt is my mind and nothing more. As soon as writing that a huge smile launched across my face as I realised what my mind was trying to do. It is amazing what knowing that thoughts are just thoughts does.
Will relook at this tomorrow with a fresh head.

Hey Leah...

Just a thought...

Try jotting down the questions on a piece of paper and take your time to think about each one... Take some notes to assist your response when you come back...
