There will always be thoughts. We just learn not to believe them.
All day long I dis-identify from thought, as much as I am able to. Staying alert, present and relaxed.
There's not much else to report. I just wanted to check in with you.

After writing the last message I went and meditated. A lot of stuff came up. I realized I was resisting a lot of things in my life. Then I realized it was all thought. I was believing the thoughts. I didn't even realize I was believing the thoughts. Wow.

Ilona released a video a few days ago and I felt as though she was speaking directly to me.
It's directed towards the person who inquires where is the separate self and finds nothing and expects something more because it's too simple. She says that the pause after asking the question, that space is the answer.

I'm not pushing hard like I was before. I was applying a lot of effort. Relaxing into presence. I was looking past "it." I'm just observing thoughts, not pushing and pulling on them as much. Just letting them be there, knowing they just appear and disappear on their own. I made a pizza tonight and I realized it just made itself. I didn't think about it. Practice feels more intuitive.

A lot of confusion today. About what I don't know. Very caught up in thoughts, along with a migraine.
I think I may have relaxed too much and lost alertness and focus.
