Like I am melting away. Like I don't know, what is me and what is not me, anymore. The sensations in the body are same as before, however.

Cannot seem to find it. But I still feel that I have to get ahead at work and so on. I feel bad when people criticize me.

Those are separate issues. Seeing there is no self is only a beginning. Then there's a lifetime of false beliefs & habits to unravel.

The lines between me and not me in the visual field have blurred. I
think I am in some in-between place. I haven't seen no-self yet.
