Go back to the last round of questions and see what is here now:
What is the sensation, the experience, of not knowing?
Of not grasping even at “awareness”?
Same question about the sensations related to ‘stuck’…

Thank you for checking in!

I still feel stuck! I do see there is just "being" but it still feels intellectual understanding. Sorry, it feels like that I am not getting it 😔

Great Nitima,

Ready to give it a go, freshly?

If you repeat “There is no separate self at all, never has been, never will be” what is noticed now? In thought? In the body?

Hi Becca,

I repeated it several times and everytime I felt a slight contraction in the chest. No thoughts.

Thank you

Great.

So, where is I?

Is it related to the contraction in the chest? If so, how?

I know the answer intellectually that its not "me" as it comes and goes.

Will look into my direct experience by keeping mind aside and will get back to you.

Thanks a lot

Can you find the me even when it appears to be here?

When it is not here, what exactly is left?

Lovely.
How does that feel experientially?

Experiancially,

It feels lighter

Do you think, its about keep remembering that there is no me if I feeling comes strong ?

Thank you

It feels lighter because it is true.

Is it ever not there?

And it isn’t about remembering, that is going back into thought/knowledge… it is about looking now. and now. With curiosity, what is here?
