They are in the words and thoughts, Lubo. Of course, when I close my eyes, I have a familiar experience, and the idea I have is "the I must be in here somewhere". I keep thinking I haven't looked deeply enough - and when I look deeply also, I just feel "maybe it's not visible, maybe it's hidden somewhere".

And now what is happening with them when you re-label them - "feeling of shame" - ?

I usually don't call a sensation as "me", Lubo, I don't know what exactly I consider aas "me". So I'm not able to tell what I should re-label.

There are some sensations i guess I've identified with in general. A location inside the chest, sometimes when attention just comes back to sensations on the face, etc.

By labelling these as "feeling of sensation on the face", "mental image of something in chest region", it becomes more difficult to put a location for me.

But even then, i cannot say whether everything is in me.

Some indication that I'm at least getting closer to awakening/liberation?

None of the words I've heard by teachers are in my experience now. "You are that in which all this is happening and it's not separate from you", "There's no self in you that can be hurt", "there's no separation, the universe has no duality", "dying before death", "none of this is actually happening, there's nothing apart from being", none of this is in my experience, really.

There's no clarity. I cannot point at the chair near me and say this is as much me as my body is.

This means I haven't seen something truly? And that I should? So that I can really know liberation, so that I can really know what i am,?

1. I feel like I'm getting closer to death every minute and I'm scared of the possibility of dying without realising. I feel is important to realise in this lifetime,, and am afraid of it not happening. Some religious belief based reasons like rebirth and moksha are also part of this fear.

2. I feel I'm trying hard but not getting anywhere, so i feel like stuck. I feel discouraged to enquire again because what if i still don't get it? I feel like I've made no progress and that even after trying. I'm not able to make any progress.

3. I'm also trying to listen to many talks by non duality teachers, visiting gurus (Hindu gurus say that realization can take many lifetimes so I prefer to go to western non duality teachers because they insist that it can happen in this lifetime) and trying to sit in their presence in the hope that it will happen but so far it has not happened.

4. I'm trying to turn everything into a concept and I want to drop but not sure how. Even something like "oh, so I'm tired of this, maybe because of this my ego will be starved and I might realise". "Oh, I feel I can't do this, maybe this can be useful in making me realise" and other such ideas keep coming up but they are just thoughts.

I'm scared, discouraged and also caught up in thinking loops. A little angry as well because I don't know what realisation will look like, so i don't know if it's already here or at least which way i should really go.

When I close my eyes too look for a "me", I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right way. There's so much doubt.

I am not sure, Lubo. It seems like many of the things the character is doing, are happening spontaneously. Especially habits.

Sometimes, if I want to change something, it feels like I am making the change.

It feels a little difficult to do both: I can either be very involved in the story and forget the relief, or sit back and some things just happen. Not sure how to "include" it, Lubo.

There was one other thing I wanted to bring up with you: I'm slightly struggling to explain this, sorry if it sounds vague. I don't think I have got any real clarity or anything but wanted to share this anyway.

When I close my eyes and look for where it feels like "I" must be located, it seems a little more simple. I don't think there has been any shift or anything.

I can just say that maybe (I'm still not sure I guess?) there is no centre from which the feeling of "I" comes.

Presence is there - I cannot understand the shape of presence, or where it is located, the Being, the aliveness - it is just there in the background always. I feel something here must be me, but the presence seems so "distant", so I try to find a "location". This confuses me even more because where am I looking from? Is there a gap between I and I?

That felt a little uncomfortable and I have been thinking, "I haven't found it, I need to look harder to realize, or to get some insight that there is no self". So I felt there was a gap between something and something else "inside me", and I was uncomfortable.

Now just the feeling "what if there's no such centre?" is a little less uncomfortable. No shift, nothing else, just a

I don't know if this made sense - but I just thought I'd share.

It is easier than it looks. You are looking to find that we are Emptiness + Source. Let’s realize the Emptiness that we are.

1. Is Emptiness "something" or is "everything" inside us? Ask this simple question and notice the very first answer that arises—before thoughts, doubts, or the "trying to understand" appear.

2. Notice the darkness "behind" the body and the visual field. Notice what is unchanging and always here. Which is it: the visual field (life and body) or the Darkness, the Emptiness? Again, answer with the first thing that comes.

3. Now, notice the Emptiness we are and say something—"Om," for example. Notice that We are speaking! Forget the body and the visual field for a moment; they are just appearances within us. Since they are only appearances and not a "someone," can they speak? Or is it what we truly are that speaks?

4. Realize that every word comes from the Emptiness we are. There is no one and nothing else. Notice: this is not about "fixing" you. This is not shadow work. Don’t expect all contractions to vanish—those are just patterns. Your goal right now is to realize that which is HERE, eternally. The ground. Home.
