In the past, I didnt diguest all of the
questions at first. I would just copy
and paste. I then would take them
one at a time..in desending order.
Because of this, I often answered
some of the remaining questions
before I had gotten to them.
This time is different, I have read
all of the questions. Before I answer
I would like to state something that
is contrary to what I have always
heard/read. With me, I "feel" that there is a witness...That witness
is "AWARENESS". It watches all
that passes.


1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
No, and there was never one. Only
the thought of one.



2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it ufully as you see it now.
All I can say is that my perspective
was in the foreground, instead of
the background, where I reside.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
Its a relief, a relaxing. A soft "WOW"
but still a "WOW". A kind of a pop.


4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
I really dont know. I have slept more
peacefully...and woke up the other
morning, with this clarity. Contemplating it as I layed in bed.

5) Can you talk about decision, intention, free will, choice and control? What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
None of those exist, but I still have to function in daily life, so there is still a "feeling" of responsibility,
especially to my loved ones.

I hear you, there is awareness. There is knowing that I am here. There is sense of being that is always present.
It may seem that there is a witness watching all that is happening and that witness is awareness. But here is a question. Is there a witness or there is witnessing? Is witness separate, apart from, outside of what is happening? Or witnessing and happening is one and the same, just different words?

Is there separateness from what is happening? Where is the gap?
I know it’s impossible to put this in language, but give it a try.
Is colour and awareness separate?
Is seeing and awareness separate?
Or these are two words pointing to the same visual experience that is present?

Is witnessing done by a witness or witnessing is happening by itself?

There is witnessing. I would like to
say by no one..but can not say by
"No thing". Something is witnessing.

Witnessing and happenning are one
in the same. This reminds me of an
experiment that I found fascinating.
I touched a table top..I could not
tell where my finger ended and the
table top began...it was as if my
finger bacame the table top...don't
know if this makes sense to you.

No seperateness...No gap.

They are one in the same...like the
finger and the table top.

Witnessing is happenning, without
anyone doing it...there is just
witnessing.
The word " WITNESS-ING "...linguisticly says there is a "witness"...some..one/thing that sees. I still believe that "AWARENESS" is the witness...

OK...Here's what I got from the
video: Awareness is just a label
for beingness, which is a label
for aliveness, which is a label for
amness.. etc etc etc
So there is no witness, only aliveness, which kind of says it all.
