"11) What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
(11) I am responsible for not wasting time looking for an event that can never happen because I AM THAT already."
Another story. So what if he spends time (another story, see Time pointer) looking?
I’m still not quite sure what this ??? is asking me.
As all humans have, there’s responsibility for abiding by societal laws, working, paying my bills and taxes, but as life is living me this all happens naturally. The natural state “me” has no responsibility though it still feels odd to state this.

Well, 10 & 11 are cute, but not quite there.
"What makes things happen? How does it work?
(10) Only consciousness exists. All form is consciousness showing itself in various forms.
Conditions, circumstances and events appear, shift and change because that is their nature."
The problem is that he's claiming to know the unknowable. This is a *story*
Please ask about this.
Got cha.
So things happen because they do.
How it happens is above my pay grade.

Thank you for your patience Theta. I loved your answers to the questions. If it is ok with you, could we just explore a couple of them?
10) What makes things happen? How does it work?
(10) Only consciousness exists. All form is consciousness showing itself in various forms.
Conditions, circumstances and events appear, shift and change because that is their nature.
If I understand your response to the question: are you saying that there is no ‘me’ or ‘I’ that makes things happen and that we are a consciousness in which an ever changing reality manifests itself?
(11) What are you responsible for?
I am responsible for not wasting time looking for an event that can never happen because I AM THAT already."
Is there any remaining sense of a self to which you could attribute responsibility for things that happen, action taken, words said?
If something happened that evoked strong emotion would you see directly any thoughts related to ‘a self’ for what they are….just thought?
Do you appreciate the difference between seeing reality directly and the non-reality (fiction) of the stories we hear being told in our heads?

To clarify “The natural state me”
Apologies. Yes. I was referring to the True Self
(vs. the illusory self)
If I understand your response to the question: are you saying that there is no ‘me’ or ‘I’ that makes things happen and that we are a consciousness in which an ever changing reality manifests itself?
Yes. That is what I meant.
As I see things now, I can no longer hold myself responsible for things that happen, words said or unsaid, actions taken or not taken. It’s still a new habit, but I’m I longer allowing responsibility for life events to take root.
Yes - I can now appreciate the difference between direct reality and the fictional stories I would hear being in my heads. Stories still come up, but when they do, I’m aware of them and can dismantle them on the spot.

Hi Theta, thank you.
Apologies. Yes. I was referring to the True Self
How would you define this ‘True Self?’

Hello again, Steve
Apologies for the long delay but I have now returned.
The True Self is that stable, unchanging, ever-present, limitless, spacious, alive spark of awake awareness that IS.
IT has always been present, though my ego-identity-locked mentations sought it elsewhere.
Now that I’ve seen and experienced that which has always been here, I cannot un-see or un-experience it.
I send best regards. 🌹

Hi Theta, I recieved the following comment below about your answers:
It still feels like she has significant thought identification.
"Intention; Free Will;Choice & Control are all part and parcel with the false self. Like it, they are a fiction. A non-existent
“self” can have no intention, free will, choice or control.
The illusion of these 4 fantasies is what binds one to suffering."
What is it that gets bound to suffering?
"IT has always been present, though my ego-identity-locked mentations sought it elsewhere.
What is this IT that has always been present but sought elsewhere?
Who is claiming "ego-identity-locked mentations?
Now that I’ve seen and experienced that which has always been here, I cannot un-see or un-experience it."
What was experienced? What sort of experience are we talking about, and who experienced it?
Am I being too picky? My sense is that thinking is still making reference to stock spiritual ideas.

The question above regarding thought identification posed by the guide is a valid one. If you are willing to go the extra mile with me we can LOOK into it. Provide an answer to the question and let’s see what comes up.
