No, the self does‘t exist. It never exist. „Nobody“ exists. There ist no form separated from anything. There is only one hole thing everyone and everything is part of it. There is no duality.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

It starts in the early childhood. When a child began to create connections between his/her name or the I and some attributes. The „image” of a person with all this attributes is born. And while the hole life it gets a lot of ne attributes. Also added to this image, to this illusion. It is not the “real” person. It is only a lot of memories, stories, attributes and illusions in connection to each other.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

It feels so obvious, so clear. It is hard to understand, how it could be covered so long. And how other people are able to cover it so long. It seems to be the only explain which make really sense. Before I startet the Dialoge the idea make sense for me. For me it was a try to explain the world. Like a lot of other ideas like to explain the world. It makes sense. Like a lot of other things make sense. I was only seeing it with scientist eyes. Then while the Dialoge I wasn’t “thinking” about it. I was feeling it. I expired it. It was amazing. It was like it was always there. It was alwayz there. But I was blind. Blind for the trough.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over; made you look?

That’s hard to say. It was not “one” thing. My experience changes all the time. I spend more time in feeling and seeing what really is. Without find categories or something else. Only expire it. A lot of things changes, as I realised that also forms not really exist. In the beginning it sounds logical for me, that there is no “me” inside of my body. But I never thought about “is there a separated body”. That seems absolutely clear for me. And as I realised, that this is also only a illusion something changed.

There is no choice. There is no will. There are only thoughts. The thoughts get created as a total of our experience, attributes, inputs and so on. But there is nothing like a “self” which also control the thoughts. Everyone has different thought, because everyone has different attributes, inputs, senses, experience and so on. But there is no “higher” thing like a self who control thoughts. Thoughts comes and goes. Like other things comes and goes. We are not able to change them. They are part of our life. But we can see the through, that thoughts are not important. That they don’t “really” exist. They only tell you a story. A story of “who you are” or “who others are”. Things happens by itself. If I don’t want to think on a pink Elefant I must think on a pink Elefant. I’m not able not to think on it. Also if I hab bad thoughts. I don’t want to have them, but I can’t control them. They comes by itself.
