Hi dear Tommy,
Wonderful that you notice the fear.

Meet it , honored it. Ask it what is missing, why it is here? What is the message?

I will send you an email for France :)

Hi Luchana,

Thank you for this advice. The sensations have been quite heavy recently. I have been sitting with the fear (or whatever emotion it is) and looked at it, welcomed it, thanked it and honored it. The sensation was slowly melting away and a very light feeling entered the body. This was an awesome advice.

I asked the questions you suggested and it feels like a sadness of some sort is leaving the body, like a part of me that wants to say goodbye.

With love,
tommy

Hi dear Tommy,

Nice job!
Go ahead:
The sensations have been quite heavy recently.
Notice the sensations, meet them.
And notice that mind is judging them, shaming them as "This is sadness, this is fear, this is unworthiness..."
And ask mind:
"My dear mind,
all sensations are my children,
please don't call them with the shaming names.
I love them they are more then welcome here"

What is the respond?

Love,
Luchana

Hi Luchana,

Thanks for the great advice! The response is after a while that the mind goes quiet and the raw sensation start melting away. After the sensations are gone, a very light and warm experience is left. it is a bit hard to describe but it is very liberating. At the moment there are a lot of sensations coming and going. Once one is dissolved, the next one is almost immediately appearing. I will continue welcoming the emotions with this same approach going forward.

With love,
tommy

Hi Tommi,

YES, the sensations are constantly changing.

Notice are they stick to someone or somewhere?

Sending love,
Luchana

Hi Luchana,

Thank you! The sensations, when looked at, seem neutral regarding to whom they´re adressed to. With that said, they seem to be inside the body. Like heavy sensations in the head or the chest.

Hi Luchana,

Thank you once more for the beautiful retreat in France. The direct experience has definitely changed after the retreat. I notice also that the mind is getting confused and wants to doubt the experience I had at the retreat. I will try to rest in awareness every day now, minimum 15 minutes per day to get it integrated more. My intuition tells me there are many stubborn and unnoticed beliefs left that try to get my attention. It seems also much harder to rest in awareness when I am by myself in my normal life and not surrounded by aware people.

There is definitely more relaxation in the experience but the mind wants to re-connect the identification as it seems.

All is well though :)

Hi dear Tommy,

We miss you here. In this beautiful evening walks around canals and boats.
I notice also that the mind is getting confused and wants to doubt the experience I had at the retreat
Yes, mind is a fighter, want problems in order to jump and fight withe them.
I will try to rest in awareness every day now, minimum 15 minutes per day to get it integrated more.
this is the best practice ever. In this 15 min just notice that there is what is, colours, sounds, sensations and there is no one alive who is seeing them, simply what is, no see-er, no one who sees.
And all thoughts about someone who lives real life are just projections, mind wants to fight, but you are not interested of its battles, you are living in presence, living in your conscious desire.

Love from Sete,
Luchana

This very powerful pointing. I read it several times and get a re-connection to the truth. Sometimes this is more clear and sometimes the mind-identification comes. One fun thing I have noticed that I look at people in a different way now. I can´t explain it but they seem more empty than before. I guess it is because the emptiness within myself is getting more clear. I can definitely sense a shift inside me even if it´s subtle at times. I will continue resting in awereness.

Much love to you all in Sete,
Tommy

Hi dear Tommi,
Nice that pointers resonate with you

Sometimes this is more clear and sometimes the mind-identification comes
yes, I know very well what you are pointing with that. Notice where the mind-identification sticks?
Be like a hawk.
Let's walk together here.
1. Everything is just what is
and
2. Then "X emotion is coming with "Y" painful story
X= ....
Y= ....

3. and the result there is an "I" which...(?)

Hi Luchana,

Thank you. I see that the mind comes with and thought impulse based probably on an emotion. The story cointains a "me" which the story is relative to. BUT! what I also noticed is that there is ANOTHER "me" that is BELIEVING the "thought about me"!! This "other me" is more like a feeling or sensation than a clear thought. This starts getting very trippy now... I hadn´t seen this "second" me before an that´s probably why the identification were still hidden there. Crazy how hidden this actual me is!

Much love,
Tommy

Ps. I will be on a non-duality retreat from Wednesday to Sunday this week. Also, I will not be allowed to use any phones or other electric equipment to communicate between Wednesday and Sunday.

Hi Luchana,

Thank you for reaching out. I was on an nondual retreat, which was also quite intense. When I came back home I started to experience quite low energy with emotions like meaninglessness and sadness for a week or so. I undertand that this is a process and these kinds of emotions are quite common when the self is "starving". There is still a sense of "I"as the observer, receiver and doer. I do self-inquiy and abiding as the noticer. I also understand that the "self" is just a sensation in the head with a belief on top. There are moments though when the world seems "empty" but this is a very subtle experience. I kind of understand everything but the self still clings hard an the expierence is mostly dualistic.

With love,
Tommy

Hi dear Tommy,
Thank you for sharing that.
I understand. Emotions yes. I am with you.
I also understand that the "self" is just a sensation in the head with a belief on top.
Wonderful. Let's continue investigation from here.
There is an idea that there is a Tommy and a certain sensation is used as evidence, you saw that already.
Now notice What is here right now
without this game idea + sensation?

Stay here,

look at the image in the mirror and find without idea + sensation - does this image you?

Sending love,
Luchana
