Is there a story about separation from the flow?
What if you are the flow pretending to be an entity/human/person?

Yes there is a story, back to something like unworthiness or being too stupid perhaps - there is a sense of being lost and abandoned - there is sadness -- the confusion perhaps is here - grief arising - and then thoughts pinning on to it - confusion whether this is just whats arising because my daughter has just left (i know thats story) Im just trying to allow this without attributing - even this feels like trying to find a meaning outside of Truth.

Are you the flow?
When the flow is moving are you moving 1 mm even?
When the flow disappear are you disappear?

Theres been a stilling since our meeting. A stillness that is centre. From here all is good and no room for or engagement with the thoughts - just a noticing of them and then a return. This is far removed from the thinking confusion chaos that had been around. This is just what is happening. Like ... enough!! :-)

The questions are perfect as I allow to be this as flow. In the bigness of this, like a zooming out and around whats arising.

I have time and space from life too ... perfect !

I will stay with this today and report back later.

I super disappeared. I have not left the process, I just dont know where I am.
Such clarity, then a thought about not doing things for long enough, being too lazy, so many distractions is just part of the play - there is more awareness though, less drama, more clarity in lots of ways. Things are easier. Guilt, responsibility, worry hardly occur - just with little forgetfulness.
I do apologise for the long absence. Lost again.

The same experience will be more pleasant when the idea of an I/me who is living life disappear from the experience "life"
So, what is known is that there is something called life that is going on, yes ? :)
Part of this experience are thoughts, right?
Which claim that there is someone who is living live, who is separate from life, who can think, can do and have a lot of responsibilities and the voice of shame and guilt punished this I/me often, right?
Now notice that thoughts belong to the experience life or to this imaginary me?
These thoughts that are coming from life and claim that there is an entity - is there an entity ? :)
Is it posible to find entity wich produces thoughts - in experience life?

What word life point to, notice? Is it happens by itself?
Is it personal?
Without a me in the picture - are there shame and guilt in the experience life?
Who is to blame and to whom?

Thank you so much. Brilliant question.

I felt a separating out from 'charmain' to answer the question. There is 'charmain' thinking ideas about 'not good enough' and there being 'something missing' or something like that. like a sense of there being problems which seem to be just clouds of dark smoke when the question is asked. What is wrong with her? Nothing can be wrong. So what needs fixing? clouds of smoke can't be fixed. Noticing a pattern of thinking about 'needing to figure out what charmain has to change', but catching that as just an idea -a realisation that it is these ideas that keep the sense of charmain going.
