Hi Kento
I took some time to look. It is quick (unexamined) thoughts that creates this subject - thoughts of lack/fear (should not have done, should not be doing, ..). This is given reality by the sensations and visual field (image of a body within which thoughts and sensations happen).
I found it challenging to really pinpoint - please help me if there is a better way to look.
thanks and best regards

Hi Jstar. :)
This is given reality by the sensations and visual field (image of a body within which thoughts and sensations happen).
Let's have a look one by one; first, could you observe those sensations and
report what kind of sensations they are?
Best wishes,
Kento

Hi Kento :)

report what kind of sensations they are?
They are in the area of head (forehead and back, sometimes severe like intense headache), mouth, jaws, neck (like a block, triggers cough when I try to look closer), chest (heaviness), belly (something solid), hips and legs. They are not static, they move and shift as I look, sometimes dissolve.
Thank you very much and best regards,

Hi again!
Is there any quality in those sensations that gives reality to thoughts about
the subject being there?
Warmly,
Kento

Hello Kento
Is there any quality in those sensations that gives reality to thoughts about
the subject being there?
Absolutely not. When looked it was seen as a practised habit based on assumption (sensations = I/subject/object).
Thanks and best regards,

Hi Jstar. :) Sorry it took a while to reply.
When looked it was seen as a practised habit based on assumption (sensations = I/subject/object).
What about when it's not "looked?"
Warmly,
Kento

hi Kento
When not looked, if there is pain or discomfort & a story around it that seems real, it seems to support the presence of a me living in the world. Looking reveals that they are sensing and thinking.
When not looked, if there is no pain/discomfort, there is nothing to say.
An 'intention to change/understand what is happening' leads to a 'looker' looking. It begins with believing a thought content.
Thanks and regards

Hi Jstar. :)
It begins with believing a thought content.
What is it that believes?
Warm regards,
Kento

Hi Kento :)
Most of the time with a thought "Let me look" accompanied by a sensation around the eyes/in the face.

Hi Jstar. :)
When the thought "Let me look" is there, is there "looker looking" at the same time?
Warm wishes,
Kento

Hi Kento :)
There is no looker looking along with the thought. Its just the thought.
Thanks and best regards

Hi Jstar. :)
Its just the thought.
Yes, and has this understanding been something clear enough for
the sense of there being a separate subject to be seen through completely?
Warm regards,
Kento
