Hi Vivien,

Thankyou so much for your time and dedication. The last few weeks have been a joy and I always woke up excited to see an email notification in my inbox. It worked very well with the different time zones as I had an entire day to look at things and sometimes wrote notes during the day which helped in composing responses that evening.

I now find it hilarious that I had such lofty expectations of what this seeing would be like. I also see how expectations could get in the way and leaving them at the door early on is good. As with a lot of things that were discussed, especially assumed notions or beliefs, once you throw light on them, often for the first time, they are very quickly seen through.

Not identifying with every thought and being allowing of “I” thought is noticeable.
