it just is
Could you express it with different wording?
How do you see this "it just is" in your everyday situation in everyday life?

it's like I finally understand when people say it is what it is. It's changeless. Life is just unfolding. It is and that is all.it just is

Nothing really changes. I might have more awareness and appreciation for the moment. I don't take things as seriously. I feel lighter. More carefree. I experience synchronicities a lot lately. I appreciate the beauty of it all. There is nothing to fight for. Nothing to resist. The journey continues. How does that translate to your everyday situation in everyday life?

Hi. :) I wasn't asking for the EFFECTS of seeing it, but what it IS, translated into
your everyday life. So, let me reiterate the question:
What is "it is what it is. It's changeless. Life is just unfolding. It is and that is all."
In your last 30 minutes? Could you describe?

I'm not sure how to answer your question. How is it in my life? In the last 30 minutes. It's thoughts arising and disappearing. It's attention given and received between my husband and I. It's my dogs lying on the couch and fish swimming in the fish tank. It's me connecting with people online and sharing ideas.

Thanks. :) Could you think about something you hate, fear, or feel sorrowful
about? How do you react to them now?

Re: Standing in the light
I have never felt much hatred in life. Maybe I hated spiders. Now I view with curiosity. For fear I think I would still feel fear if I were to go skydiving. Also I think fear of death might still happen it's hard to tell. But fear is just a bodily reaction. Sorrow happens when listening to sad music. But when the music ends the sorrow vanishes. I do not hold onto these things. They happen like lightening. One moment its lighting up everything and the next it vanishes. All things are experienced when conditions are right.Thanks. :) Could you think about something you hate, fear, or feel sorrowful
about? How do you react to them now?

Do you feel any change from when we started this conversation?
Would you say that a kind of shift has happened?

Re: Standing in the light
It's like a shift was initiated. At times it is in my face and no denying it. Other times it fades a little. Like waves coming in and out of focus. I think there will be expansion and contraction always. I feel more confident that its happening the only way it can. I am not drowning in the waters or fighting for air. I'm either swimming now or floating, I am not afraid of the waves. How can you wake from the dream state and still be surrounded by dream objects and dreamers? if I perceive that am I still dreaming?Do you feel any change from when we started this conversation?
Would you say that a kind of shift has happened?
Thank you for your time and help

Re: Standing in the light
Should a realization be made aware of all the time? Should it be kept, not lost in
any circumstance? When you are watching Star Wars, is it sane to keep concentrating on
a realization about no self and not watching the movie itself?
Should anything be like that?
When you are breathing, are you aware of the breath all the time?
Do you grieve for forgetting to be aware of the breath?
What does this tell about the shift? Please investigate.

Re: Standing in the light
Thank you. I get what you are saying. I guess right now I am processing disillusionment and I am feeling sad. I want to be jumping up and down, dancing laughing. But right now it is just feeling like grief. I guess I still have to detach from form. I appreciate your insight.Should a realization be made aware of all the time? Should it be kept, not lost in
