No. :)
I'm asking what awareness is when you don't think about awareness.

It is still awareness

That is after you gave it the label "awareness,"
which is thinking about it.
What is it, when you don't think about it?

I was going to say consciousness - but that also is a label - but if we are alive then we are conscious whether we are thinking or not.
Brfore I give it a label - it is a sense of openness/spaciousness

Hi. :)
Who is the one that is aware of that spaciousness?

There is no-one, it is just spaciousness or emptiness

What does each of the below point to?

Hi,
Spaciousness, awareness, openness and emptiness all point to what is happening in that very moment - reflecting what is
It just is happening!

Thank you. :)
How does your everyday life feel
now? Does it differ from before we started
our conversation here?
Does any doubt come up regarding
the issues we covered here?

Hi,
I don't have any doubt about what we have discussed here. I have found things out based on my own experience. There was a belief that what I called awareness was something and I can see that I was attached to that belief and that a subtle sense of self was included with that. I can see that what I called awareness/consciousness is also empty and these are labels added to the experience. Thanks for pointing that out to me.
I feel different. There is a sense of greater spaciousness and seamlessness. Also peacefulness. Things will unfold, things will happen in a natural way. I don't have to decide anything, plan or worry. I will simply respond in each situation. I am not so invested in the outcome - there isn't an outcome just a process.
There seems to be a greater clarity and objectivity in seeing life unfold. There is a beauty in this and a sense of rightness or naturalness.
Thanks for your help. I very much appreciate it.
Katy

Hello Bananafish,
Ok. Life is very good - a kind of unfolding and I am watching the habits play out without the sense of a centre. I am experiencing more directly and with more sensitivity which is painful and joyful.
warm wishes
Katy
