That the self seemingly generated by thoughts is not the same thing as the living being.

I don't know anymore. Cam we start again?

Sure! Are you OK to start from your opening post or would you like to revisit it?

OK - here are the opening questions. If any answers have not changed, no need to copy paste, just write ‘no change’.

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?

What are you looking for at LU?

What do you expect from a guided conversation?

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?

Looking at that last question, its clear we should halt this. This is important and requires commitment and focus to really go through this, but right now i am focused on getting my head clear, being present, healing and loving more fully.

I started out determined but life quickly turned up the dial on me. Hopefully we can return to this some day. I Hippie you understand. Best of luck :)

No problem Tan. Feel free to try another guide if you wish. I can vouch for this no-self realisation to deliver on the goals in your first post. Sometimes a different style of guiding is required. I wouldn’t be offended. Best of luck.
