No but I just know its happening as its not a concept I acquired from somewhere. It is a fact that thoughts are electrical impulses. Its science.

No not before I learnt to talk but they were still electrical impulses.

It means that its proven by science.. just as gravity holds us down. we know this to be true because its been proven.

I'd like you to focus on your own experience; what's happening here and now.
Please observe the thoughts that come up. Are they electrical impulses?

There are things happening.. the television is on and the thoughts are about the football coming up :) I dont perceive the electrical impules.
