Thanks for your replies!
Yes, I showed you the reaction, but is this really it?
Is this the way I should see everything?
And is it this looking at everything this way that will change my habbit point of view?
Or did you just point me around and around because you doubted me or didn't trust me?
Both alternatives seems plauseble at the moment.
If you don't trust me or doubt in me that's perfectly fine because you should; I am not for real.
But if you dont trust or doubt my intentions for doing this, you are wrong.
Why? Because there is really just one of us here.... its just you writing with your self or only me typing these words to myself; dependent on the perspective ;)
Hehe, strange how Andy's pride made your point :)
I think he got so angry that he blew up :D
But, 3 months ago he wold not have written down "his" thoughts nor reflected; "he" would just get very angry and type a bunch of nasty words and never return to this site again :)
This experience really made it all clear to I :)
It was obvious to me that the reaction I got when reading your message was not me, it didn't even feel like it for more than a second (tops). Then I just used Andy to start the typing and the rest you have read.
If my assumption is correct, what I am supposed to do now is every time I forget who I am, or lose my perspective, is to remind myself of this, by the form of questions (NOT affirmations)?
Many thanks for a wonderful experience :)
Andy
Hi Andy,
Thanks for continuing. This is not about doubt or trust at all. There is a mirror here for you to use, for as long as it serves a purpose. That mirror may provoke, celebrate, share. The intent is positive.
You have seen Andy as a mental task, and what's behind the habitual 'andy' are embodied habits and perspectives that have come along with it, which are still running.
You can leave these habits by detaching, and watching 'Andy' from 'afar'. That's one way.
Or you can inquire directly and learn something new and valuable.
For example, in the morning, when you wake up as 'Andy', and then re-focus to establish a new perspective, say, as awareness, all that happens is that you lose another opportunity to learn about this configuration called 'Andy' (from the inside), to see what its made of, how it comes about.
So next time, stay there as 'Andy'. Of course, you won't exactly, because the act of noticing it has already shifted the perspective. But all I'm saying is, don't detach all the way out, stay inside 'Andy' but with enough detachment to observe precisely.
Look closely, and see if there is anything here persistent?
Is there anything that doesn't come and go?
Is there any ground at all to this 'self'?
Is there any way that you may be sustaining this habit?
When you feel an 'Andy' feeling, note that the feeling doesn't make itself 'Andy'.
Explore as you wish, and share any discoveries. No need to answer each question, just share what you find out.
Takk,
Jjohn
