Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
We don't make any decisions or choices and we have no control over the things that happen in our lives.

Life is simply happening, life is ongoing

There is nothing to be responsible for, all responsibility is out of our hands.

That's all I have to write for number 5 at the moment.. Will add more when it becomes clearer to me how to convey it in words

:)

OK Charlie. I am comfortable that you have seen through the illusion of separate self. And am delighted that you are experiencing such positive states.
I need to express one important concern however. I was unaware you were taking any medications. The L/U disclaimer http://liberationunleashed.com/disclaimer-2/ clearly addresses this issue. As we discussed, seeing through the illusion of separate self does not change life, we still need to function as before, however how we relate to it all can change dramatically as you've seen.If you were prescribed meds by a doctor you need to see your doctor about getting off them. I was on anti depressants for a number of years myself and I know it is not advisable to stop taking them abruptly.
Charlie Said:"Yes this is exactly what I mean. And yes I understand that I will not suddenly not 'be' a real, live body any more. "Don't worry I won't start ignoring traffic signals or drinking bottles of bleach haha"
The situation with your meds is not any different than ignoring traffic signs or drinking bleach. There are bodies, Bodies need to be attended to in the proper manner. Abruptly stopping your meds may be like jamming your car into reverse at 60 miles. So please take this seriously.
Again Charlie, It's been a pleasure guiding you.
With that said I have no further questions and will pass on to the other guides to see if they have any questions or comments. We will be back to you soon.

Hi Michael,

Yes I totally understand what you are saying. I was only taking them for one month (my point is more that it got to the point of being prescribed them.) And after having the sickness bug for a week (when I was absent from LU) I couldn't take anything at all (as I couldn't keep anything down without vomiting.) After seeing my psychiatrist she said that i have probably unintentionally detoxed myself during my week of sickness. I am going to see her again at the end of the month, so I am still under her supervision until we are both sure I am okay.

I made a promise about traffic signals and bleach, the promise extends to this also

Thank you for all your help

Fantastic Charlie!! Please understand it's hard to assess from afar.
As I said in a day or two we should have questions or comments back from the other guides and these will serve to round out any rough edges so to speak.
Thank you again for your honesty and commitment to this process! It's been a pleasure!

Charlie, Here are two questions that came just to check for clarity. Thanks!! Michael
1) I'd like to confirm that the "I is a thought" idea is grasped, so QUESTION: If "you" were worried about something, how is this experienced? Can you break this down into the separate components that would appear in DE?
2) Regarding Q5, Charlie said she would write some more and never did. Could you ask her to provide some examples from experience about decision, intention, free will, choice and control etc please.

Good evening :)

Worry is experienced first as a thought which is then labelled as being a 'worry' sometimes the thought/label is then associated with feelings/sensations like the heart beating faster or feeling hot or cold
2) Regarding Q5, Charlie said she would write some more and never did. Could you ask her to provide some examples from experience about decision, intention, free will, choice and control etc please.

We don't make any decisions, for example it is not my decision to type this sentence but my fingers are still typing anyway. There was no 'decision' to begin this process or to answer these questions but the process still began and the questions were answered anyway

There can be no intention or free will because there is no 'I' to set intentions for this life. Things just happen, life just goes on in its own way

Choices can't be made as there is no I/Me/Charlie to make a choice or to choose one thing rather than another. If there was the ability to choose then I would choose lots of different things for my life other than what actually 'is' around 'me'.

Control doesn't exist, there is no one to take control of anything. There is no I to take control of this life or to 'stay' in control of what is happening in this life. In the past the more 'I' tried to take control or think I was taking control the more frustrating life became as it was impossible to do

Congratulations Charlie! No more questions. It's been a pleasure guiding you. Thank you for your commitment to this process.

Someone from LU will be contacting you to add you to the LU Aftercare Facebook group if you are interested. There are several Facebook groups some of which are public and others that are closed. This is just a beginning, and there are a lot of people willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. You mentioned after the shift that you understand why the guides do this, you will be welcome to explore guiding as well.

I will send you a private message to get your Facebook name( assuming you use FB) so that the site administrators can add you, should you wish to be involved.

Once again Charlie, it's been a great pleasure!!
