Yeah, didn't like the first part. Only lasted about thirty seconds. It felt clunky, clumsy and knotty. The second part had flow and ease to it. That's what feels different; there's a tension missing. Striving has gone. This whole communication has changed. I don't feel like i'm waiting for anything from you. Do you think we are there??

Hi Darren,
Seems that way to me....
There are six final questions if you are open to them. I, and a few other guides will use these as a way of assessing if you're there. Confirmation really comes from you, but they can be really helpful to see if there is anything left over. Then you can gain access to various groups on Facebook, plus the forum on here....
Interested?

Hi Darren.
Can you put the number before your answer, or copy the question, so it's clear... please...
Take your time. Try to give detail, especially in qu2 & 5:
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control. What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
6) Anything to add?
Speak soon,
Aragon

1/ There is a process; a flow. And there was an idea of 'me' based on touch/feeling, sight, thought story, thought label
2/ The separate self story started in childhood with a name. Conditions led to habits, led to a character or a 'thought story' that others and the mind clung to. So, now it is seen as touch/feeling and sight, mental image, thought label and thought story. That story is built around a physical frame that is aware of it's distance in space from 'others.'
3/ There is a certain stillness and ease that has occurred through this process. A tension has gone. The striving has gone. There is a sense of flow; a freedom. Things are the same but different. No big bang, no fireworks, just a subtle shift.
4/ The bit that really helped was the 'lego bricks.' There was a kind of shock moment where only the bricks were seen, although the impact seemed to pass and an ordinariness came back. Then seeing that impulses occurred followed by thoughts and not the thoughts first. And also seeing that all of it 'happens.'
5/ Well, there was a big block around this. These things now seem to be a flow and not a process undertaken by 'me.' Past ideas, beliefs, experiences and views lead to decision happening. Intention, free will, choice and control are all led by what has gone before them. The flow of life makes things happen. How does it work? No idea. Process. Ultimately, it wouldn't appear there is any responsibility. Events are primed by past events going back to.....?
6/ This has been really difficult to talk about which has raised some doubts as to how genuine it is. Another thing that has been noticed is a mental stillness. Things in the mind are a lot quieter but this has happened a few times over this process and then gone again.
Thanks for your efforts with all of this. Darren.
