Hi Seagull,

Just one query from one of the guides.

She says, "There continues to be a lot of the use of the word 'I' particularly in his response to Q3. I wonder if you can ask him, now that he has seen this, who or what is this 'I' that is noticing eg thoughts that he refers to?"

A big part of the problem here is the way language is structured. I don't really know how to communicate without infering an "I."

To be clear, there is no "I" noticing these thoughts. "I" is a thought that attaces itself to what just happens - identifying with the process. There is nothing that marks the thought "I" as special or different from any other thought.
Thoughts are spontainious impersonal arisings that endlessly crest and fall.

Warmly
Seagull

Hi Seagull,

I'm happy to say that the guides have no further queries and are now satisfied that you've seen through the illusion of a separate self.

I'll now get in touch with LU admin to get you 'turned blue' and they'll soon contact you with invitations to the various groups etc. I'll pass your FB details on to them If, as and when you let me have them. Also, remember that you can always get in touch with me if you need to discuss anything.

It's been a really enjoyable experience pointing you to look in the right direction and watching you see right through the veil of illusion.

Go well Ed.

Love,

Pete

Hi Pete

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - just bought a new computer and making the switch.

Thank so much for the time and effort you have put into helping me, for all your encouragement, support and skillful guiding - The whole process has been a really valuable experience and its going to take some time for me to digest.

Thanks also for your offer to help set up after care and continued support. Though I am one of those dinosaurs that's still not on face book.

With my very best wishes
Seagull
