That might be, but I am not sure that you have seen very clearly the fact that there is no I.It feels like the anxiety will keep creeping in on a deep level no matter how well I see clearly the fact that there is no I, only thoughts, feelings, and sensations that are then attributed to an I.
Seeing there is no self is not a means for lessening anxiety, as it is no means for loosing weight or keeping caries away. If you try to "see" in order to "fix", you give a substance to the stories that keep you from seeing.This seeing really helps lessen the anxiety, but it is still there
