Hi Fred
I see we all connected and dependant on many things - food, sun, love, hugs, dreams, home etc., we can'nt survive alone.
Nobody is separate or autonomic. If there is any entity, it should be in one or another ways unseparated from everything. That's why I asked you to clarify what do you mean under "separate entity" ?

Hi Nasarat
Glad you're back.
You said you needed more time with the pointing exercise I gave you and would come back to me. Anything to report?
To save you looking it up, here it is again:

Consider this carefully. You are looking at the computer screen (or something else), where are the ‘observer’ (Nasarat), the ‘observing’ and the ‘observed’(the screen)? Can you draw imaginary lines between them? Is the ‘observed’ limited to the outline of the screen?
What about the space between you and the screen? Is that ‘observer’ or ‘observed’?
Look at your hands, your feet, are they ‘observer’ or ‘observed’?
What about the end of your nose? Is that ‘observer’ or ‘observed’?
Where is the observer? Can you see an observer anywhere? Or is at all observed, in one seamless movement?
When we say the sentence ‘Nasarat is looking at the screen’, what is REALLY happening in direct experience?

Look deeply into this, take your time, let me know what you find.

Warm wishes
Fred
