Hi Dianne!
If you can't see a you, what would experience it?
What is beneath the concept "perspective" - is there such a thing? What is it made of? How is it maintained? What keeps it constant? Who is responsible? Is it any different from a raindrop?
In the simplicity and stillness of This, is there anything to find or anyone to find it?
Seeing no-self isn't like flicking a switch. As a powerful system of thought, "ego" has a lifetime of energy and momentum and it's only when "I" is no longer being energised that the associated habits begin to fall away. It's a process.
Love, Sandra
