1/Do you have an I in any shape or form, including God?
No I, no Fergus, no super being checking who has been naughty or nice :)
2/ How does it feel to be liberated?
Feelings....hmm....question arises of who is the I doing the feelings. Feelings/Emotions are here, rise and fall but don't stick. The range of emotional swings has narrowed to almost nothing. Clarity or authentic viewing is here. Calmness, peacefulness are present. Thoughts bubble up but they feel somehow in the background as there is either less of them or awareness of them has diminished in some way. 'Isness' is best descriptor.
3/ What pushed you over the edge?
Combination of the questions, dog and a tree......
* your question to find the I - searched/inspected but couldn't
* your suggestion to move my hand - resulted in seeing my I wasn't engaged
* dog walking - got to place where direct experience was it was just dog walking
* dog - increasing moments of being the puppy as it played on the beach
* your questions - started to see the time delay between activity and the I kicking in with ownership of experience
* in forest one day with the dogs looked at a tree - my I labeled it
* with no thought started to move my head really quickly scanning all the trees - saw labeling couldn't happen
* closed my eyes and couldn't create an image of the tree in my conscious mind
* opened my eyes and looked at tree with no thought - experienced sense of different clarity
* closed my eyes and there was a knowing tree was still there whether my I was engaged in experience or not
* opened my eyes and tried to move tree into my mind awareness and couldn't
* Came home - on couch with Lori - looked at her - experience was of truly seeing her physical features in an authentic clear way vs via some created image in my mind. Closed my eyes and again couldn't create an image of something - in this case Lori - in my mind other than a very hazy outline

Dear Fergus, Jed McKenna says the universe is a big playful puppy, so please give Mr Puppy a special treat and Lori a hug, and join us in 'Unleashed'.
I look forward :-)
