Thanks Nina I'll check in tomorrow.
I really feel I'm seeing now rather than regurgitation of things I've heard or read.

This inquiry is doing itself, driving itself on to see what's false. If anything "I" was in the way!

A. I woke this morning with some words from the Bhagavad Gita:
"Out of the whole comes the whole, when the whole is taken away only the whole remains"

Felt peaceful which was strange as I had a terrible nights sleep!

B. Clarity, ease then forgetting & remembering. Regret at living my life in an illusion thus far.
Realizing I'd put so many limitations on this fake persona.
Strange mix of joy & melancholy haha :)

Great i need you to give a fuller account of the last five questions from your perspective now.
.
1) Is there a you, at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?

2) Explain in detail what the self is and how it works.

3) How does it feel to be liberated?

4) how would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about no you.

Your journey has been very interesting and I hope in some small part i have been supportive
When you have given detailed responses i will ask for final confirmation

Love and Light Nina

1. There is no me I can find aside from the idea. Identification is there with the story but not as strong as it was. Seems like the no self is seen very quickly when I start to think thought is real. I guess this is a process of gradually dropping the ME identity, that seems to be the case with most people. I'm comfortable with that.

2. The self is a function of living, in it's proper context it serves a purpose because how could you see through it if it wasn't appearing in experience. The illusion of a doer so strong until it's seen for what it is. The self is a program that sees itself as separate from the experience & claims it. I feel as though i've had a BIOS upgrade so the system reboots with changes to the operating system (yes I worked in IT) lol.

3. Liberated? I'd say I was in the process of seeing more clearly, frequently & that will lead to Liberation when there is no longer a need to consciously redirect myself to pure seeing. When there is undistracted awareness of awareness. I may be wrong but that's how it seems right now.
Maybe I still believe in Sat Chit Ananda as the yogi's describe it Being Consciousness Bliss. Is that wrong?

Looking back to what I experienced 2 yrs ago, I think I saw through the illusion then but got caught up in the seeking & felt lost which is funny because "I" wasn't doing any of it. I can only trust this unfolding & relax into doing without doing.

4. In the moments of clarity it's simply THIS - seeing happens, hearing happens, digestion happens. No one is doing blood circulating or planets circulating it all just Happens from the ONE doer, whatever you label it.

Look in direct experience is there an I that needs liberating.

Also in direct experience Just for clarity is there an I what did you see?

Really liked the last post
You have given me lots of food for thought

Thank You

No there isn't - absolutely not, there are just thoughts about other thoughts really, some ignored & some given some imagined importance because they're focussed on & fed by that mental energy.
As Sailor Bob says "What can you do with "I"? it's not even a word, just a letter!"

In direct experience Just for clarity is there an I what did you see?
As above, there's an absence, how can I find something which isn't there? I'm enjoying the process, it feels like I've just unlocked an old cellar full of junk & now I can recycle it properly. It's no longer my junk so I don't have any sentimental attachment to it. Maybe some of it will be a little unpleasant but that's fine, no light without shade.

I THINK I'm getting this Nina, it's been great "dancing" with you even though I felt like I had two left feet at times ;)

Ok I love your writing

However clarity and and consistency with the final answers is required.
You need to answerer from your direct experience excluding Belief because that is not a direct experience.
I will underline the areas that were little confusing can you just amend your post with out altering the content that demonstrates your answers.

Ok I'll do my best to clarify where I am.
Is there a me?
No but there's still a subtle experience of a me that seems necessary to contrast the seeing.
Sorry that's not very clear is it...
Looking at my phone now there is alternating looking & I'm looking which I recognize as just a thought.
I'd say belief in the me is gone but the pattern of ownership isn't.

If the pattern still arises I haven't broken the identification thoroughly?

You must have read my mind, I was just saying to myself. "DAMN I'm so tired of all this thinking"

When I saw no I it was just BOOM it's all true there's nothing there. I felt a huge rush & it was like "this is it, it's so obvious how could I NOT see it" seems so fundamental that experience IS what's overlooked because it's always right here.

Last night I was looking at my phone except I wasn't, couldn't. It was pure seeing & pure knowing without a thought process. Then thought kicked in going "Wow this is amazing"

I'm being honest & putting all my intensity this & not just give you answers I think you'll like.

First Question.

Fantastic now continue with the other questions.

2) Explain in detail what the self is and how it works.

3) How does it feel to be liberated?

4) how would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about no you.
